inanchor – the # of webpages with backlinks containing this term in the anchor text.

intitle – the # of webpages with the term in the title tag.

inurl – the # of web pages with the key phrase in the URL.

If a page gets all 3 of these right, you know it was prepared by a webmaster who is SEO-savvy. If there are lots of correctly-done pages like this, then don’t bother trying to compete for that keyphrase.

On the other hand, keyphrases with 3 low counts are excellent targets.
